Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Yesterday, Today, and Forever. We want to ensure clarity and fairness for all our customers — and because each item is printed on-demand and custom-filled through Printful, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Why we don’t accept returns/exchanges

  • Every shirt is printed specifically for your order once you purchase — we do not hold pre-made inventory.

  • Because items are custom-printed and made to order, we cannot resell returned merchandise.

When we can help

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item, wrong size, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Provide a photo of the issue and a brief description, and we will work with Printful to resolve the problem — this may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Please note: We can’t accept returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want the item.

Shipping Policy

We partner with Printful for print-on-demand production and fulfillment, which means your order is printed, packed, and shipped directly from Printful’s facilities. Our shipping policy reflects Printful’s standard fulfillment and shipping process:

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Because each item is made to order, production generally begins within 24–72 hours of your purchase (unless there’s a holiday or high-volume period).

  • Once printing and packing are complete, Printful hands off the package to their shipping carrier for delivery.

Shipping Times & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. In general you can expect delivery within 5–10 business days after order fulfillment, though times may be longer during busy seasons or due to carrier delays.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped — so you can monitor delivery all the way to your doorstep.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method you select and your delivery address.

  • Any duties, customs fees, or import taxes (for international orders) are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the package is returned to sender, we can help you coordinate with Printful — but additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship the order.

Order Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or doesn’t arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
